HealthDay Newsmagazine editor Ben Goldfine has been suspended for one year for violating the Federal Drug Administration rules prohibiting him from disclosing a potential drug benefit. A federal court has scheduled a hearing on the suspension, Goldfine said in a letter to the agency.
The FDA approved Viagra, Levitra, Staxyn and Vardenafil in November for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, Goldfine said in the letter. The agency also approved Viagra for the treatment of high blood pressure, he said.
The decision to allow the suspension came after a hearing in a federal regulatory body, the FDA, where Goldfine said the agency approved the drug and recommended that the agency approve a separate approval in December.
Goldfine said he was "uncomfortable" about the decision, adding that he "was concerned" about the FDA approval of a second drug, and was concerned that the agency was considering adding a second drug to its list of approved drugs.
The FDA will now consider the suspension until the drug's maker approves the drug. It also is investigating the FDA's decision to allow the suspension. The FDA is considering the FDA's decision and will have a "consultation" to discuss the suspension with its own agency.
The FDA's decision to allow the suspension came a day after the FDA announced that it had received reports that a drug company that produces Viagra was involved in a number of drug sales, including the erectile dysfunction treatment Levitra. The FDA had earlier granted a conditional approval to the company in March when its research firm Vaxx Corporation, which produces Levitra, said that the company was involved in a number of sales.
Vaxx spokeswoman Amy Luddenen said the FDA had not received any reports of serious drug-related events. "We're disappointed with the decision," she said in a statement.
In addition to the FDA decision, Viagra is one of the most widely prescribed drugs for erectile dysfunction. In 2012, the company said in a statement: "A number of reports have surfaced in which a potentially dangerous drug, such as sildenafil, has been reported to have caused men to experience an increased risk of erectile dysfunction, including a sudden decrease in penile erection hardness, an increased risk of priapism, and a sudden inability to achieve or maintain an erection."
The company also said in a statement: "We will continue to monitor any adverse events or reports that may arise during our regulatory review."
Goldfine has been suspended from the FDA for violating FDA regulations. He has not immediately revealed the suspension.
The FDA will review the suspension until the agency approves a new drug, and will consider the suspension until it reviews the drug's label, Goldfine said in the letter.
The agency said in its letter that it is investigating the FDA's decision. In addition to the FDA decision, the agency also said it is reviewing whether the FDA had a "good reason" to permit the suspension, including "the agency's desire to avoid undue burden on the public."
In an email to The Associated Press, Goldfine said that he "has been very concerned about the FDA decision" and "will take steps to resolve this matter promptly."
The FDA has asked him to cease the use of Viagra, Levitra and Cialis, saying it was "uncomfortable" about the decision. It said it was "very concerned" about the FDA decision and that "there is a need to address this concern."

In the past several years, several manufacturers of generics have developed their own versions of these drugs. This drug, for instance, is the first drug to be approved for use in men. It is an oral drug, with a short duration of action and a low risk of side effects. However, it is not recommended for use in women or children.
For women, the use of Levitra has been shown to increase the chance of pregnancy and reduce the risk of miscarriage and preterm delivery. The use of Levitra has also been linked to decreased risk of breast cancer in postmenopausal women. The drug should be taken during the first trimester of pregnancy, which is when a woman's uterus has already developed. In some women, levitra can be used to treat erectile dysfunction. This drug is not a drug for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
It is a drug with the same active ingredient as Cialis (tadalafil) and Levitra (vardenafil), but with a different inactive ingredient. Levitra has been shown to increase the chances of pregnancy, but women who have an increased chance of becoming pregnant also need to take an additional pill every day.
In conclusion, Levitra has been shown to be an effective drug for treating erectile dysfunction, but it is not a drug for the treatment of BPH. Levitra should be used as directed by a healthcare provider.
